SIGN-UP as an individual golfer or with a buddy or as a foursome, then play in either the morning or afternoon 18-hole scramble...

INDIVIDUALS (or with a golfing buddy) –

- $150 donation per golfer if you sign-up by June 15th

- $175 donation per golfer if you sign-up after June 15th

FOURSOMES WHO SIGN-UP TOGETHER –

- $550 donation if you sign-up by June 15th

- $650 donation if you sign-up after June 15th
